DFS Solicits Feedback on Adjuster Conduct and Licensing Rules

The Florida Department of Financial Services (“DFS”) has drafted proposed changes to Rule 69B, sections: 220.001, 220.051 and 220.201 of the Florida Administrative Code regarding insurance adjuster conduct and licensing.
Copies of the Rules are attached for your review.
The DFS has solicited feedback on these Rules prior to publishing a Notice of Proposed Rule Development in Florida Administrative Weekly. Responses are requested to be sent within 10 days (of March 30, 2009) to:
