DFS Issues Updated Workers’ Compensation Wage Loss Discount Factor Tables

The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Workers’ Compensation issued Wage Loss Discount Factor Tables for all Florida workers’ compensation insurance carriers, self-insured employers and third party administrators in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 440.1(3)(b)8.
The tables are to be used for determining wage loss benefits due beginning two years after maximum medical improvement (“MMI”), or when an injured employee’s condition cannot be improved any further. To view the Tables, click here.
