DFS I-Serve System Experiencing Technical Difficulties

For any companies receiving process service by email from the Florida Department of Financial Services (“DFS”) through its I-Serve system, we have been advised that there has been a problem with DFS’ I-Serve system.
DFS has indicated that those served with a suit during this period were unable to have designated agents download their Service of Process files from DFS servers.Â
All the companies are experiencing the same error message.Â
DFS is aware of the problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Notification will be sent to users via email once the problem is corrected. It is our understanding that this problem only applies to insurers who are receiving process from DFS through its I-Serve system.
DFS extends appreciation for users’ patience and apologizes for the inconvenience.
