Deadline to Submit Vanguard Receivership Proof of Claim is June 30, 2008

Vanguard Fire and Casualty Company (“Vanguard”) was placed into liquidation by a Court Order dated March 22, 2007.

Claims against Vanguard must be filed with the Florida Department of Financial Services (“DFS”) Division of Rehabilitation and Liquidation must be postmarked on or before Friday, June 30, 2008 (if filed by paper), or electronically submitted on or before 11:59 PM EDT on Friday, June 20, 2008 (if filed electronically via the ClaimNet system).

Claims not filed by the aforementioned deadline may be barred by law.
