CORRECTION: Per the Florida Department of Financial Services, the proposed Rule number below has been corrected to 69B-162.011.
The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services, has issued a Notice of Proposed Rule Development regarding the following Rule:
- 69B-162.011: Suitability and Disclosure in Annuity Contracts-Forms Required
The proposed Rule would implement Annuity Suitability and Disclosure and Comparison of Annuity Contracts forms for use in sales of annuities to senior consumers.
A copy of the proposed Rule text and related forms are attached for your review.
