Federal Insurance Office Director Michael McRaith and Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty will testify at a U.S. House Financial Services Subcommittee on Insurance, Housing and Community Opportunity hearing entitled “”U.S. Insurance Sector:  International Competitiveness and Jobs” scheduled for Thursday, May 17 at 2:00 p.m. in Washington, D.C.

According to information from the House Financial Services Committee, the hearing will focus on “issues affecting the ability of U.S.-domiciled insurance and reinsurance companies to compete internationally and create jobs.”
