Comments On Revisions to Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form (OIR-B1-1802) Due to Florida Office of Insurance Regulation By September 30, 2011

Comments and recommendations regarding revisions to Form OIR-B1-1802, also known as the “Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form” (“Form”), are due to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) by 5:00 p.m. on September 30, 2011.
The OIR heard testimony about the revisions at a September 20, 2011, public hearing on Rule 69O-170.0155, F.A.C., which pertains to the Form. A video replay of the hearing is expected to be made available at a later time.
