Comments Due on NAIC Draft Enterprise Risk Report ‘Form F’ Guidance Manual Draft By December 5, 2016

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Group Solvency Issues Working Group met via conference call on October 28, 2016, during which members discussed a proposed Form F Guidance Manual.
Form F, also known as the Enterprise Risk Report, is a required annual filing under Insurance Holding Company regulations.
The proposed Form F Guidance Manual provides interpretive guidance, clarifies the meaning of terms and outlines regulator expectations.
Interested parties have until December 5, 2016 to submit comments on the draft Guidance Manual.
