Colodny Fass presents its daily bill tracking report for May 5, 2011.  The report will be issued on a daily basis until the 2011 Florida Legislative Session is scheduled to end on May 6.

This report, which is attached, is designed to assist in following pending priority state-level insurance issues during the Session.

(Please note:  CS/CS/CS/SB 408 is expected to be taken up in the Senate today, May 5, 2011, but, as of this publication, the bill has not yet been heard.  Updated information will be provided as it becomes available.)
