At the Florida Cabinet meeting this morning, December 6, 2011, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Board of Governors Chairman Carlos Lacasa presented recommendations on how to reduce the state-run insurer’s exposure and return it to its former role as Florida’s “insurer of last resort.”
