Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (“Citizens”) has scheduled a policyholder forum to be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008 in Pensacola, Florida.

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Hosts Policyholder Forum in Pensacola
Residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions and provide suggestions
TALLAHASSEE, FLA. – Citizens Property Insurance Corporation will host a policyholder forum in Pensacola on December 4, 2008.
Details for the event are as follows:
When: Thurs., Dec. 4th
4:00 – 7:00pm
Where: Pensacola Civic Center

“Citizens proactively seeks input from our policyholders through these forums. Given recent changes for our customers, we look forward to this availability and talking with them about their concerns, needs and policies,” said Paul Palumbo, Citizens’ Senior Vice President of Underwriting, who added the forums “are an important part of our efforts to keep our policyholders informed and learn ways in which we can continue to improve our customer service.”
Citizens’ staff and members of senior management will be on hand to answer questions from the audience. Policyholders who have questions regarding their policy and premium can receive individual guidance by a member of Citizens’ customer service team.
Citizens Property Insurance Corporation holds policyholder forums to meet directly with our customers to answer questions and provide updates on changes that have been made which may impact their policy. Free parking is available at all locations.
