Citizens Commercial Residential Takeout Plan and Schedule

Pursuant to the approval issued by Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty on March 12, 2008, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (“Citizens”) has issued the attached schedule and Non-Bonus Takeout Plan for commercial residential takeouts.

The first Citizens commercial residential takeout will occur on June 10, 2008 with monthly takeouts to follow thereafter. The schedule for these takeouts includes the deadlines which must be adhered to, including approval from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation for the proposed takeout.
