Kris Pontell Insurance has acquired Silver Insurance for an undisclosed amount.

The merger of the two Oviedo agencies doubles the Pontell agency’s size to eight employees. Pontell, founded in 1989, is an independent agency that represents Nationwide Insurance. It also serves as an agent for more 40 other companies.
