WFLA-TV interviewed Colodny Fass’ Maria Elena Abate yesterday in its story on a Spring Hill man who mislead a family who bought his home.  The man, who has decided not to plead guilty to federal wire fraud charges, lied about the presence of a sinkhole underneath the property.

 

Auto safety chief says Florida at risk for problem air bags

The head of the federal government’s auto safety agency says around three-quarters of ruptured air bags the agency has tested are coming from Florida.  The Associated Press reports via WTSP-TV.
