North Carolina Rate Bureau Withdraws Increase Request

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey said Tuesday that the North Carolina Rate Bureau has voluntarily withdrawn its request for an average 19.6 percent rate average for dwelling insurance in the State.  JournalNow.com reports.
