The Florida Supreme Court ruled in favor of an Ocala Woman in an Opinion filed Thursday. Her Case asked the High Court to consider whether she or her Insurance Company should foot the Bill for the Attorneys’ Fees that piled up when she took a Sinkhole-Related Claim to Court. FBI: Powder Sent to Company Involved in Florida Sinkhole
The FBI wants to discover who sent an envelope containing an unknown white powder to the Company on whose property a massive sinkhole opened, causing contaminated water and fertilizer to flow into Florida’s main drinking water aquifer. The Associated Press reports via FloridaPolitics.com.
