NCCI Vows to Appeal Court Ruling on Florida Workers’ Compensation

The National Council on Compensation Insurance, which sets Workers’ Compensation Rates, will appeal Wednesday’s Ruling by Leon County Circuit Court Judge Karen Gievers to strike down a 14.5 percent increase in Rates slated to take effect on December 1.  Christine Sexton reports for Politico Florida.
