CALL TO ACTION: No-Fault Sunset

Members:

We have reason to believe that the House may retreat from its position to sunset Florida’s no-fault law and instead support an extension of no-fault.

Please see the text below and at your discretion have your agents, staff and others begin to contact House Members and let them know about our concern of continuing no fault.

PLEASE CALL YOUR LOCAL LEGISLATORS IMMEDIATELY AND URGE THEM TO SUPPORT THE SUNSET OF NO-FAULT WITH EMERGENCY CARE BENEFITS FOR HOSPITALS.
