The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) Advisory Council has scheduled meetings on Friday, March 20 and Friday, March 27, 2009.  Items to be discussed include:

  • Approval of the 2009-2010 Contract Year FHCF Reimbursement Premium Formula;
  • Approval to file Rule 19-8.028: Reimbursement Premium Formula for Notice of Proposed Rulemaking;
  • To file the Reimbursement Premium Formula Rule for Adoption if no member of the public requests a timely hearing.
