Board of Employee Leasing Companies Meeting Report: December 17

On Wednesday, December 17, 2008, the Board of Employee Leasing Companies held a meeting to consider employee leasing company applications.
The following Controlling Person applications were approved:
- Louis Basso and Barry Shorten-Alcott HR Group, LLC
- Norman H. Baker-Aequicap Employer Services, Inc.; EPS I, II and III, Inc.
The Controlling Person application of Howard Ross Winters for CEO, Inc. was declined. Mr. Winters, who had a previous Controlling Person license revoked, signed a voluntary relinquishment stating that he would never apply for licensure as a Controlling Person in the State of Florida again.
The change of ownership application for Administrative Concepts Corporation, 21st Century Concepts, LLC and Administrative Concepts 2000 Corporation was approved. The change of ownership application for CEO, Inc. was withdrawn.
The following Controlling Person license relinquishments were granted:
- Michael Patrick Corley-SEMCO IV, and V, Inc.
- Susan H. Zsebee-Professional Payroll Solutions
The meeting was then adjourned.
