The purpose of this Rule is to establish the procedures by which the Florida Housing Finance Corporation shall administer the Homeownership Pool (HOP) Program which provides down payment and closing costs assistance to eligible homebuyers. The Rule and adopted reference materials are necessary and appropriate for the efficient administration of the Program. This Rule also establishes the procedures by which the Florida Housing Finance Corporation shall administer the Homeownership Pool (HOP) Program which provides down payment and closing costs assistance to eligible homebuyers.
