Arkansas To Once Again Participate in NAIC Market Conduct Annual Statement, Insurance Department Advises

In Bulletin 21-2013 issued November 15, 2013, the Arkansas Insurance Department advised certain property and casualty insurers and others that the State of Arkansas will once again in 2013 participate in the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (“NAIC”) Market Conduct Annual Statement.
The NAIC will send out a data call to insurance companies meeting the $7 million reporting criteria on or around December 13, 2013.
