Colodny Fass describes the many complex factors that must be considered to ensure regulatory compliance when engaging in a merger or acquisition with, or formation of, a U.S. insurer.
“. . . it is vitally important for an entity to fully understand all the regulatory requirements before beginning a transaction,” they write, “as these issues will almost always be much more difficult to address once the process is underway.”
