Amendment to SB 2174 Filed March 31

 

An amendment to SB 2174 Relating to Motor Vehicle Insurance by Senator Bill Posey has been filed and will be heard during the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee meeting scheduled from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2008.

The amendment clarifies that the personal injury protection fee schedule is based on the participating physicians Medicare part B schedule.
