All Colodny Fass Shareholders Named To Florida Super Lawyers List

Colodny Fass shareholders Mike Colodny, Joel Fass and Maria Elena Abate have all been listed in Florida Super Lawyers magazine for 2010. Only five percent of Florida lawyers received this recognition.
Four Colodny Fass attorneys, Katherine Scott Webb, Partner; and Associates Jennifer Erdelyi and Sandy Fay, also were included on Florida Super Lawyers’ 2010 “Florida Rising Stars” list.

- With more than 35 years of legal experience, Mike Colodny, the founder of the Firm, focuses his practice on governmental affairs, real estate, insurance regulatory law and corporate financial transactions. He was recognized in the Government Relations category.
- For the past 34 years, Joel S. Fass has practiced in the areas of personal injury law, commercial litigation and civil rights. He also represents individuals and corporations in administrative matters before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. He was recognized in the Personal Injury Plaintiff category.
- Maria Elena Abate practices in the areas of civil rights claims, class action litigation and insurance matters representing individuals, corporations and state agencies in cases dealing with discrimination, constitutional violations, insurance, employment and health care issues. She was recognized in the Insurance Coverage category.
