Florida Senate Session
The Florida Senate will hold Session on Tuesday, April 28, from 10:00 a.m.-Noon, Senate Office Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee. The agenda includes the following insurance-related bills:
- CS/CS/SB 880 relating to Community Associations by the Senate Committee on Judiciary and State Senator Mike Fasano (R-New Port Richey)
- CS/CS/SB 732 relating to Financial Instruments by the Senate Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means and State Senator Chris Smith (D-West Palm Beach)
- Note: This bill is comparable to CS/CS/1st Eng. HB 569, to which a property insurance amendment was adopted on April 27
- CS/SB 2282 relating to First-Responder Services by the Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance and State Senator Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton)
- CS/CS/SB 1372 relating to Insurance by the Senate Committee on Criminal Justice and State Senator Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton)
Florida House of Representatives Session
The Florida House will hold Session on Tuesday, April 28, starting at 9:00 a.m., House Office Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee. The agenda has not yet been released.
