Florida Senate Session
The Florida Senate will hold Session on Thursday, April 30, from 10:00 a.m.-Noon, and again from 1:30 p.m.-6 p.m., Senate Office Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee. The agenda includes the following insurance-related bills:
- CS/SB 2282 relating to First-Responder Services by the Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance and State Senator Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton)
- CS/CS/1st ENG SB 1894 relating to Surplus Lines Insurers by the Senate Committee on Finance and Tax and State Senator Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton)
- CS/CS/SB 2072 relating to Workers’ Compensation by the Senate Committee on General Government Appropriations and State Senator Garrett Richter (R-Naples)
- CS/CS/SB 1372 relating to Insurance by the Senate Committee on Criminal Justice and State Senator Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton)
- CS/SB 2036 relating to Residential Property Insurance by the Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance and State Senator Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton)
Florida House of Representatives Session
The Florida House will hold Session on Thursday, April 30, from 10:00 a.m.-Noon, and again from 1:45 p.m.-5:45 p.m., House Office Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee. At this time, no insurance-related bills are scheduled to be discussed.
