Florida Senate Committee on Criminal Justice

The Florida Senate Committee on Criminal Justice will meet on Tuesday, April 21, 9:15-10:15 a.m., Room 37 of the Senate building, The Capitol, Tallahassee.  The agenda includes the following insurance-related bills:

  • SB 2078 relating to My Safe Florida Home Program by the Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance and State Senator Charlie Justice (D-St. Petersburg)
  • SB 880 relating to Community Associations by the Senate Committee on Regulated Industries and State Senator Mike Fasano (R-New Port Richey)

Florida House of Representatives Session

The Florida House of Representatives will hold Session on Tuesday, April 21, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the House Office Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee.  The agenda includes the following insurance-related bill:

  • HB 1171 relating to Residential Property Insurance by the House of Representatives General Government Policy Council and State Representative Bill Proctor (R-Saint Augustine)

Florida Senate Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means

The Florida Senate Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means will meet on Tuesday, April 21, 1:30-4:00 p.m., Room 412K, The Capitol, Tallahassee.  The agenda includes the following insurance-related bills:

  • SB 1138 relating to Self-Insurance Funds by the Senate Committee on Higher Education and State Senator Don Gaetz (R-Fort Walton Beach)
