ADVANCE: Insurance-Related Legislative Committee Meetings–Monday, March 27

Florida Senate Session

The Florida Senate will hold Session on Monday, April 27, from 10:00 a.m.-Noon, Senate Office Building, The Captiol, Tallahassee.  The agenda includes the following insurance-related bills:

• CS/CS/SB 1310 relating to Tax Credits/Nonprofit Scholarship-Funding Organizations by the Senate Committee on Finance and Tax and State Senator Andy Gardiner (R-Orlando)
• CS/CS/CS/SB 1138 relating to Self-Insurance Funds by the Senate Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means and State Senator Don Gaetz (R-Fort Walton Beach)
• CS/CS/SB 2072 relating to Workers’ Compensation by the Senate Committee on General Government Appropriations and State Senator Garrett Richter (R-Naples)
• CS/SB 2036 relating to Residential Property Insurance by the Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance and State Senator Mike Bennett (R-Bradenton)
