Florida House Civil Justice and Courts Policy Committee

The Florida House Civil Justice and Courts Policy Committee will meet on Friday, March 27, 8:00-10:00 a.m., Room 12 of the House Office Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee.  Among the insurance-related bills on the agenda are:

  • HB 1397 relating to Community Associations by Representative Julio Robaina (R-Miami)

Florida House Insurance, Business and Financial Affairs Policy Committee

The Florida House Insurance, Business and Financial Affairs Policy Committee will meet on Friday, March 27, 8:00-9:45 a.m., Room 212 of the Knott Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee.  The agenda includes two insurance-related bills:

  • HB 855 relating to the Direct Payment of Benefits by Representative Marcelo Llorente (R-Miami)
  • HB 1171 relating to Residential Property Insurance by Representative Bill Proctor (R-Saint Augustine)

Joint Revenue Estimating Impact Conference

The Florida Office of Economic and Demographic Research Joint Revenue Estimating Impact Conference will meet on Friday, March 27, starting at 8:15 a.m., Room 117 of the Knott Building, The Capitol, Tallahassee.  Among the insurance-related bills on the agenda are:
