Seric James Fallon is a Partner at Colodny Fass with a practice focusing on insurance litigation.
Mr. Fallon has significant insurance defense litigation experience handling state and federal matters arising from property damage, theft, loss of use, business interruption, professional errors and omissions and “bad faith” claims handling.
Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Fallon worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM.
A native of Los Angeles, California, Mr. Fallon obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Webster University in Leiden, The Netherlands. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Fallon is licensed to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
