Modeline Cadet is an attorney in the litigation practice group at Colodny Fass focusing primarily on first party property insurance defense litigation.
Ms. Cadet is a recent graduate from the University of Miami School of Law where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, Miami Dade Chapter of Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL) Judge Lody Jean Scholarship recipient, a member of the Robert H. Waters Chapter of Black Law Student Association, a research assistant, and an intern with the University of Miami Investor Rights Clinic. During law school, she worked as a law clerk where she gained experience in various areas of law including patent law, estate law, criminal law, insurance law, and business law.
For her undergraduate degree, Ms. Cadet attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Events and Recreation Management. She is a proud member of the Lambda Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
