Jodi Bock Davidson, a non-attorney Governmental Consultant at Colodny Fass, most recently served as the District Director to U.S. Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Throughout her two-decade legislative and political career, Ms. Davidson has served in positions in both the U.S. House of Representatives and Florida House of Representatives. She has extensive knowledge of federal, state and municipal government relations and political strategy. Her work has helped advance a broad range of legislative initiatives at every level of government.
Ms. Davidson has held several key senior level positions. For Debbie Wasserman Schultz, she helped oversee legislative and political affairs, while managing the Congresswoman’s Florida office and staff.
Prior to joining Representative Wasserman Schultz’s team, Ms. Davidson served as Deputy District Director to former Congressman Kendrick Meek. Notably, she was the Florida Political Director for John Kerry for President in 2004. She also served as a Legislative Aide to former Florida State Representatives Nan Rich and Ken Gottlieb in Tallahassee.
Ms. Davidson has been a campaign advisor to multiple state and municipal officials, and spearheaded several successful ballot initiatives, including developing strategy and a community outreach plan for the campaign to reauthorize the Children’s Services Council of Broward County. She currently serves as a member of the Town of Davie Planning and Zoning Board and previously served on the City of Sunrise Planning and Zoning Board.
In addition to her professional endeavors, she is a founder of the Early Learning Business Institute, serves as Co-Chair of the Broward STEM Family Expo. She currently serves as a Board Member at Temple Beth Emet in Cooper City.
She has held positions on various boards of directors, including the Broward Young Democrats, the Associated Marine Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, and the Democratic Professionals Council of Broward County.
A University of North Florida graduate, Ms. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A life-long Florida resident, she and her husband Jonathan reside in Davie with their two daughters and their family dog, Lady.
